Faith Community Church actively supports a variety of Christian missions both locally and internationally. Below is a partial list of the missions we currently support.
The 2017 team is planning to outreach to the people of the Orica region through the New Hope Clinic in San Francisco. We also plan to outreach in Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras, through the Children’s Hospital and if time allows the Market Ministry. A complimentary, fresh cooked, hot meal served every Thursday from 5:00-6:30 for members of the community.

-Habitat for Humanity, bringing hope to the homeless.
-Urban Young Life, introducing young people who are beyond the reach of the church with the hope of

-Food Pantry at Aldersgate Methodist Church, providing a meal when times are tough.
-Shepherd’s Garden, giving shelter and hope to those who are physically and mentally challenged.
-Angel Tree Ministry, helping those in prison give a Christmas gift to their children.
-Feed the Hungry, warming the heart and filling the stomach of the homeless.
-Ridgecrest Community Center, providing a safe place that encourages positive values for young people.
-RIMI, Planting churches, rescuing children and changing lives in India.
-Jan McCray, proclaiming the gospel in and through the African Massai Tribe in Kenya.
-Jim Hollister, laboring with Wycliffe Bible translators to take Your Word to unreached people.
-Paul and Dori Pittman ministering in Bolivia.
-Praying Pelican Missions, healthy short-term missions trips made possible by building upon genuine
partnerships, long-term relationships, and sustainable ministry.
-The Shoeshine Boys, reaching out to high school youth in Ethiopia.
-Honduras New Hope Clinic, bringing medical aid to Honduras who would otherwise have no access
to modern medicine.
-Angelo Tavernari preaching the gospel and working with churches in Brazil.
