Position Summary and Accountability

The Production Manager will provide the technological oversight necessary to produce the corporate worship service(s) and any special events, including audio, visual, and lighting. He/she will report to the Director of Worship, will work closely with the Digital Strategist & Environmental Designer, and will collaborate with other ministry Staff. This is a part-time, remote position (10 hours per week, including Sundays).

Specific Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

• Strong sense of calling; desire to use technological capacities specifically within the context of the local church

• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly

• Attention to details

• Strong relational and collaborative skills

• Innovative, creative thinker

• Teachable, humble spirit

• Proficient in Planning Center and Worship Extreme or ProPresenter; able to incorporate cutting-edge AVL technology
